I believe that true empathy stems from profound understanding, and I am eager to offer genuine support based on my own journey. Recognizing the challenges people face, I am dedicated to helping navigate self-concept and resolve conflicts. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Therapeutics and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. My approach integrates mind-body-spirit principles and a person-centered approach. I have experience working with diverse communities, including young adults, children, and BIPOC communities.
I entered counselling because I wanted to make a change and offer better support to those in need. My counselling style emphasizes collaboration and respect for your insights and experiences, shaping our sessions together. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities— such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy —we will work together to understand and navigate your emotions.
