Meet

Brianne MacDonald

Hello! My name is Brianne (she/her), and I am an Associate Therapist pursuing my Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. I am highly committed to fostering a supportive and healing space for individuals and families as they navigate their unique life journeys. My approach is rooted in advocacy and a genuine passion for helping people grow and thrive through life’s experiences.

With over seven years of experience supporting children, youth, and families, along with four years of working with seniors and adults, I have developed an understanding of how to provide holistic, wrap-around services tailored to diverse needs. I believe in empowering individuals by addressing challenges collaboratively and creating space for healing, resilience, and growth.

Whether you’re seeking clarity during a difficult time, coping strategies, or simply someone that will listen to you, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can work towards finding your strengths, resilience, and achieving your goals in a safe space!

My Therapeutic Approach

I strongly believe that every individual and family is unique, which means there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to therapy. That is why I take an individual-centred approach, emphasizing trauma-informed care while applying holistic practices and a wide range of therapeutic techniques.

Population that I prefer working with

I like people and families of all ages, genders, sexualities, ethnicities, abilities, and personalities.
