Counselling for All’s goal is to empower you to move forward in life, and that means supporting you holistically. Unlike other organizations, we don’t just focus on mental health, we amplify your overall growth and healing through wraparound support.
"Wraparound" refers to taking care of you as a whole, taking into account your mental, physical and social wellbeing.
Wraparound support helps you meet your goals through referrals to a group of specialists and resources dedicated towards your progress in areas such as:

We accommodate everyone. Our affordable services include 6 hours of counselling and wraparound services at a mutually agreed upon price. Additional services can be provided if needed.
Our counsellors are dedicated to supporting individuals of all faiths, ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities. You will be supported with what you need to feel respected, accepted and validated. Your services and treatment plan will be designed by your counsellor and specialists with you in mind.
We understand that mental healthcare isn't the only thing needed for progress. Wraparound support will provide you with resources to help you meet your goals in other areas, like a better career, improved health or education milestones.
Your first appointment is free! It will take place within 5 business days and is focused towards assessing what services will best address your needs. Our services come with the added benefit of being virtual, providing you access to a pool of mental health clinicians and specialists.
